Debbie Moore is the founder of Sussex-based Arietta.  Before establishing Arietta, she was HRD Services Manager, Customer Services (EMEA) with American Express Europe Ltd.
 Debbie has a wealth of experience in helping companies to recruit, motivate, retain and develop employees.  With strong consultancy, design and facilitation skills, she is able to work effectively at all levels in an organization to bring about real and lasting change.
Debbie has a wide range of skills and tools at her disposal.  She holds a Masters degree in Management Development, is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a practitioner in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).  She has worked with Transactional  Analysis for many years and is a qualified coach, using TA, NLP and Solution-focused approaches.  She is also the provider of a number of psychometric tools that can be used in individual or team development, including TIFF and MBTI.

Ros Soulsby  has a background in education and development.  She spent 10 years in local government teaching communication and independent living skills for adults with learning difficulties before moving to American Express as Development Consultant and Training Manager for EMEA.
Ros is a qualified teacher, coach, NLP Practioner and Thai Massage Therapist.  She has spent time in the UK and Thailand teaching English as a second language and furthering her theraputic studies.  Ros has also been working with TA for the past 3 years.
