Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is a non-evasive, rapid and gentle therapy that has proved very effective on many issues such as:

- Phobias
- Limiting Beliefs and Fears

- Anxiety and Stress
Sessions usually last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. The number of sessions will depend on what you want to work on.
TIFF
TIFF is a tool for maximizing interpersonal effectiveness. It involves completing a short on-line questionnaire, which generates an individual report. You will receive individual feedback and if appropriate, ongoing coaching. TIFF is based on the functional fluency model. It enables the kind of self-awareness and understanding necessary for developing emotional literacy, building self-esteem and confidence.
Tiff can be used in coaching, team development, or as part of a training programme.
MBTI
MBTI is a self-report questionnaire that increases self-awareness and helps people to understand their personal style and preferences. It is useful in managing stress, building effective relationships, improving time management and developing problem-solving. MBTI can be used in individual coaching or in team development.
